We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Environmental Services (EVS) / Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in a long-term care setting. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and staff performance
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and facility policies
• Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage scheduling, supplies, and inventory for the department
• Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to support resident care

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or a related field (healthcare setting  preferred)
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of infection control practices is a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Education

• High School Diploma/GED

Experience

• Mid Level (3-6 years)
