Business Office/Human Resources Manager

Job Description:

As the Business Office/HR Manager, you will assist with daily operations of Jackson Ridge Healthcare facility in collaboration of the Administrator. 

The Business Office/HR Manager will supervise all staff along with coordinating staff training and scheduling. Additional duties include:

· Assist with recruitment and retention (Interviewing, reviewing applications, etc.).

· Review payroll reports monthly; educate staff on policies and procedures; answer questions and provide guidance to staff, supervisors, and administrators. Provide overall supervision of Hosted Time (electronic labor management system).

· Maintain electronic and paper personnel records for all employees; supervise handling of confidential human resources records; assure compliance with facility policies and procedures.

· Communicate with IT Support to monitor and track open tickets at the facility.

· Ensure compliance with all mandatory staff training through CE Solutions.

· Manage and approve all timecards and time off requests.

· Process outgoing and incoming mail. Ensure statements are sent to Accounts Payable.

· Deposit facility and resident payments and perform monthly reconciliation.

· Other duties as assigned.

What You Need

· 2 years’ experience within a Healthcare-related Business Office

· Two years of experience in Human Services
